Paradyne was founded twenty years ago by Dr. Dorriah Rogers. With her decades of experience, she has built a wealth of knowledge across a variety of industries and organizations in both size and services. Dorriah has worked with leaders ranging from Fortune 50 companies to start-ups and understands what it takes to build, grow and restructure an organization whether the goal is to improve profit, efficiency, operations, people or quality. She has been instrumental in turning around operations at a number of organizations and is known for her insight, tenacity and ability to get to the heart of an issue immediately. Dr. Rogers published the business book Decide to Profit and has served on the board of multiple companies.
